SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

We are so excited to be receiving such good news about our team sponsors.  If you know of a business that you would like to contact for a sponsorship, GO FOR IT!!! The more sponsors the better. Here is the Sponsorship Form that you can print off and take to a prospective business.

What are the benefits of becoming a Team Sopris Sponsor?

• Company Logo on team shirts

• Company logo displayed on heat sheets at home meets (min. of 2/year)

• Company logo displayed on team banner (displayed at all meets)

• Company logo displayed on the Sponsor Board at the Glenwood Springs Rec Center

• Company logo and weblink to company home page listed on team emails

• Banner ad on team website with link to your company home page

• Name announced at all home meets

How can a business become a sponsor?

• Download, fill out and return the Sponsorship Form:  You can scan and email a copy of the form to Team Sopris (info@teamsopris.com) OR you can mail the form to: Team Sopris, P.O. Box 1851, Glenwood Springs, CO  81602

• Payments should be received by:  February 1st - make checks payable to:  Sopris Barracudas Swim Team (SBST)

• Sponsorships are for one calendar year, Feb 1st to Jan 31st and may be renewed annually at a discounted rate

• NEW SPONSORS or renewing sponsors who may have updated their logo: you must email a current company logo to : Team Sopris (info@teamsopris.org),  Logo must be provided as a Vector Art file like .eps, .ai, .jpg, .png or pdf
